Welcome to Daily Unplug Take 5 - Day 4. Today's routine begins with a wonderful upper body pose called puppy dog. This pose is targeting areas in the upper back, chest, and shoulders. We then move onto the hips and legs through our dragon and pigeon poses. This routine introduces some powerful positions that promote openness through the areas where we need it most.
